Our mission is to help families maximise their time together as a new family — without the financial uncertainty and stress that too often comes with it.
How it started
When planning our own parental leave, we found the process difficult. The information existed, but it was scattered across statutory guidance, employer policies, pay rules, dates and forms.
It was written for individuals, but we needed to make decisions as a family. We made mistakes along the way — and found that seeing the whole picture required more time, confidence and spreadsheet-building than it should.
